Thank you for your interest in school access at Mill Creek Academy. We are very grateful for your willingness to lend us your time, talents and energy. Volunteers make a valuable contribution toward the success and well-being of our students.
There are many areas where you may volunteer at Mill Creek, just a few are: Classroom Parent, Helping Hands, Book Fair, Fall Festival, Media Center, Spring BBQ and Auction, Field Day Spaghetti Dinner, Staff Appreciation Week, Health Screening, Picture Day, Tissues and Tea, 5th Grade Banquet, Meet the Artist, Lunchroom Helpers, and more….
NOTE: YOU may not vounteer at Mill Creek (or any other St. Johns County Public School) or chaperone field trips without having a current approved volunteer application onfile.
Please fill out the online application using the link below, choose Mill Creek Academy (and any other school you wish is volunteer for). We will be notied when you are cleared. Please note that this process can take 2-3 weeks.
But once you are finished, you are cleared for 3 years!

Please be certain to provide your complete LEGAL first, middle, and last name (no nicknames), birth date, social security number, driver’s license number, complete mailing address, and phone number when filling out your application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
By completing an application you are agreeing to a criminal background check and a sexual offender check. You are also agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures of the St. Johns County School Board and its facilities while volunteering. Your personal information will be kept confidential and you are expected to keep any and all information you may see or hear while volunteering confidential.
The St. Johns County School District reserves the right to restrict and/or deny a person’s volunteer privilege when deemed necessary.
